We’re a locally rooted, family-run team with multiple brands in real estate and home services - focused on community, legacy, and high-quality client experiences. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s creative, organized, and ready to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing and event initiatives.
What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help strengthen our brand presence, engage clients, and keep our marketing running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Social Media Management - Create and schedule content and track analytics across multiple platforms
- Event Planning & Execution - Coordinate community events & sponsorships
- Listing & Project Promotion - Support our real estate listings and home improvement projects through digital campaigns
- Website & Digital Updates - keep our websites up to date
- Reputation & Reviews - Encourage and track client reviews across Google and social platforms
Who You Are
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working with Canva, Google Workspace, and WordPress (or willing to learn)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technology savvy
