What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate Index Mill/Turn machines (dual & tri‑turret, dual spindle)
• Perform full machine setups:
  • Speeds & feeds adjustments
  • G & M code edits
  • Tool changes, offsets, parameters, and setting blocks
• Machine short‑to‑medium production runs and prototypes
• Hold tight tolerances averaging ±0.0003
• Perform in‑process inspections to ensure consistent quality
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements

What You Bring

• Proven experience with Mill/Turn CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of G & M code and program editing
• High‑level blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
• Experience in both prototype and production machining
• Ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, and optimize processes

Nice to Have (Highly Valued)

• Experience with Index machines
• Ability to make CAD/CAM edits
• Advanced multi‑axis machining experience

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
