Position Summary:
Aerostar Manufacturing is seeking a driven and highly organized Executive Business Administrator to support executive leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hybrid role combines executive administration, business analysis, and front office support to help drive operational efficiency, reporting, communication, and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, communication, reporting, and coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, KPIs, and business analysis summaries
- Assist with strategic projects, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives
- Support ERP reporting and operational data tracking
- Provide reception and front office support, including greeting visitors and answering calls
- Utilize AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills required
- Experience with AI tools and ERP systems preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
