This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner directly with leadership and employees to improve how we hire, develop, and support our people.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical positions
- Lead and enhance our onboarding and employee lifecycle experience including goals, controls and KPI development
- Enable and coach managers on soft skills, individual performance, feedback, and team development
- Drive employee engagement, risk management, andretention initiatives
- Drive AeroSpec’s company values throughout the organization
- Address employee concerns and help resolve issues professionally and fairly
- Maintain HR processes, policies, and compliance
- Identify opportunities to strengthen culture, communication, and accountability
- 5 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills—you build trust quickly and communicate clearly
- Comfortable working directly with employees on the floor and with leadership
- Practical, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in manufacturing, technical, or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Experience in leadership training, mentoring and goal development is a plus
