For over 25 years, Aeromist has been designing and manufacturing premium misting systems, pumps, fans, and cooling solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers across North America.
We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, inside sales, dealer support, and order management to help customers and dealers find the right solutions while delivering an exceptional experience from first contact through order fulfillment.
What You'll DoCustomer & Dealer Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and dealers via phone, email, and walk-in interactions
- Build strong relationships by providing timely, professional, and knowledgeable support
- Assist customers and dealers with product recommendations, troubleshooting, and order inquiries
- Support dealer accounts with pricing, product selection, order placement, and account-related questions
- Help dealers navigate and utilize the Aeromist Dealer Portal
Inside Sales
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert opportunities into orders
- Create quotes and sales orders for residential, commercial, and dealer customers
- Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that add value for customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right misting system, pump, fan, or accessory for their application
Order Management
- Process customer and dealer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates
- Assist with shipping, freight, and delivery-related inquiries
Customer Success
- Manage warranty claims, service requests, and returns
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure customers and dealers receive prompt follow-up and issue resolution
- Help improve processes that enhance the overall customer experience
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Sales, and E-commerce teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within company systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
- Support a customer-first culture focused on responsiveness, accountability, and growth
Qualifications
- 4 years of customer service, inside sales, account management, or related experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning technical products and explaining solutions to customers
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management software preferred
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
