Aeromist has been designing and manufacturing high-pressure misting systems for over 25 years. Our dealer network is a critical part of our growth, and we're looking for a Dealer Relations Manager to help strengthen existing dealer partnerships, increase dealer engagement, and drive revenue growth within our current dealer base.
This role focuses on dealer retention, account growth, business recovery, and strategic account management. The Dealer Relations Manager will work closely with dealers to identify opportunities, support large projects, launch new products, and ensure dealers are fully utilizing Aeromist's tools and programs.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned dealer accounts
- Conduct regular outreach to maintain strong dealer relationships
- Identify dealers with declining activity and develop plans to recapture business
- Resolve dealer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Maintain detailed account notes and activity records
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing dealer accounts
- Promote new products, programs, and seasonal initiatives
- Develop strategies to increase dealer purchasing volume and engagement
- Analyze account performance and purchasing trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Support execution of dealer promotions and sales campaigns
- Assist dealers with full-system and large-project quotations
- Provide product recommendations and system configuration guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and project support
- Help dealers identify opportunities to expand project scope and product adoption
- Drive dealer adoption of the Aeromist Dealer Portal
- Train dealers on portal functionality and best practices
- Promote self-service ordering and account management tools
- Gather dealer feedback to improve the portal experience
- Coordinate communication and rollout efforts for new product launches
- Educate dealers on product features, benefits, and positioning
- Develop launch plans to maximize dealer awareness and adoption
- Track dealer feedback and market response following launches
- 7 years of account management, channel sales, dealer relations, or business development experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive account growth
- Comfortable discussing pricing, quoting, and project requirements
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or dealer management systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple dealer relationships simultaneously

Base salary starting at $75k/year plus performance-based incentives tied to dealer growth, retention, and engagement.
