The Production Supervisor oversees the manufacturing operation, manages employees, plans and makes changes according to production schedule, promotes safety, supports and communicates company goals, rules, and standards, to employees. Promotes lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes. The expected salary range for this position is between $56,840. - $89,320. annual USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Ability to lead teams, conduct meetings, give direction/delegate, and train/coach/mentor employees. Additional Preferred Skills: (not required) Bachelor's degree 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment 3 or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Description: Professional-level position within field. Working Conditions: 1. Does require fluent communication in English language. 2. Employment Status may be part-time, full-time, or temporary. 3. Traveling may be required. 4.
