Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Account Expediter to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts while actively tracking and expediting jobs through production to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Provide order status updates and delivery commitments
- Track and manage open jobs in M1 ERP
- Expedite jobs across Production, CNC, Welding, Quality, and Shipping
- Identify delays and drive resolution to meet delivery schedules
- Coordinate with Production Control and Scheduling on priorities
- Communicate customer requirements and changes internally
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace preferred
- Experience with M1 ERP or similar ERP system
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
