Assembly Manager - Manufacturing

BeautiSol, LLC in Euless, TX is currently looking for a dynamic individual as an Assembly Manager to oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety while managing teams and optimizing workflows.  This is a privately-owned small manufacturing environment, so this is role is for a working manager position. Our company manufactures a fully enclosed tanning booth featuring electrostatic spraying.

Pay: $50,000 - $70,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production employees.
• Actively participate in the building, assembly and testing of our products.
• Maintain and update the production schedule to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Train, mentor and evaluate production staff to ensure high-quality output.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure shipping targets are met.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, parts and tools needed for production.
• Ensure all receipts are processed in a timely manner, materials stocked in warehouse and paperwork submitted to appropriate departments.
• Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, including cycle counting and rotation of stock.
• Maintain, order and stock appropriate levels of PPE inventory and warehouse materials.
• Continually improve the operation and maintain Good Housekeeping (5S).
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments (purchasing, sales, engineering) and lead teams successfully.

Requirements

• Proven experience as production lead, supervisor or manager in a manufacturing environment with 4 years.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Operate a forklift and manual/electric pallet jack, preferred.
• Basic MS Office (especially Excel) required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and providing training for direct reports.
• Strong team player and coordination with team leads on shipping priorities.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
• HS diploma required. College degree preferred.
