Title: Quality Assurance Analyst I
Location: Ft Worth, TX
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
First Shift: Monday - Friday (6:45AM - 2:45PM)
Note: Please do not apply if you have only Quality Control experience.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for both manufacturing and laboratory settings.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing and lab processes to ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including testing data, audits, and inspection outcomes.
- Monitor and validate laboratory testing methods and results to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Provide training to team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing and/or laboratory environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, or GLP guidelines).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and solve problems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with quality management systems (QMS) and related software is a plus.
Salary : $40 - $50
