Schedule:

• 8-hour Evening shifts
• 2pm – 10pm OR two doubles on the weekend (2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am)
• Full-time schedule

Pay:
$1,000 Bonus
Local:

• $35/hr

Travel (50 miles):

• $18/hr taxable
• $858/week stipends (non-taxed)

Weekly Gross:

• Approx. $1,578/week (40 hrs)

Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking LVNs for the Lubbock State Supported Living Center in Lubbock, TX. This position involves providing nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a structured long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Medication administration
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Provide basic treatments and nursing care
• Respond to medical and behavioral needs
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient care

Requirements:

• Active LVN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• IDD, behavioral health, long-term care, or clinic experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a state-supported living environment
• Must be able to pass background screening
