Die Helper
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Tool & Die Makers with die assembly, disassembly, and setup
- Clean, organize, and stage dies and components for build and tryout
- Support basic maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on dies
- Operate tool room equipment such as grinders, drills, and hand tools
- Handle materials and components using cranes, hi-lo, or other equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or tool room environment preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Experience reading basic blueprints is a plus
- Ability to lift and move tooling/components as needed
- Willingness to learn and grow within tool & die
Work Environment:

Die Maker
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support die builds alongside machining and engineering teams
- Assemble progressive, line, and transfer dies from start to finish
- Perform die tryouts and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate tool room equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Travel locally to customer sites for die buyoffs as needed
Work Environment:
- Clean, organized, and climate-controlled facility
- Focus on new build projects (no repair/production work)
Salary : $20 - $35
