Aegis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our client's organization. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
- 3 years in outside B2B sales
- Coatings experience strongly preferred — any related industry experience also considered (chemical pretreat, liquid paint, equipment sales to powder coaters, or similar manufacturing sales)
- Must be comfortable calling on C-Suite, Plant Managers, Engineering Managers, and day-to-day contacts (purchasing, estimators, engineers)
- Able to work remote and travel within the territory (Wisconsin)
Plus Haves:
- Coatings industry experience (powder coatings, liquid paint, chemical pretreat, or related)
- SAP experience
- Strong working knowledge of powder coatings
This is a salaried role that offers, a bonus, car allowance, meal allowance and per diem for travel to customer sites**
Salary : $80,000 - $107,000
