Production Worker

CLERICAL:

• 22-week contract-to-hire
• 1st shift: Monday - Thursday; 1st Shift: 6:30am - 5:00pm
• 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 2nd shift 5:00pm - 3:30am
• Overtime on Fridays

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform manual assembly of components according to defined specifications and instructions.
• Interpret and follow written, visual, and verbal work instructions, procedures, and production documentation.
• Inspect and verify completed work to ensure it meets required quality and measurement standards.
• Use materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to support production goals and minimize waste.
• Support other work areas or production stations as needed to meet workflow demands.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with workplace standards.
• Follow required safety, quality, and operational procedures, including routine checks and audits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
• Flexibility to rotate between tasks or workstations as needed.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including overtime when required
