Die Maker - Direct Hire

Overview:
Our client is an established and growing tool & die manufacturer with strong capabilities in progressive and line dies. They operate a fully integrated facility with in-house design, build, and tryout, utilizing advanced equipment such as Wire EDM, CNC machining, and CMM inspection. They are known for producing high-quality tooling while meeting aggressive timelines and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support die builds alongside machining and engineering teams
• Assemble progressive, line, and transfer dies from start to finish
• Perform die tryouts and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate tool room equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Travel locally to customer sites for die buyoffs as needed

• Clean, organized, and climate-controlled facility
• Focus on new build projects (no repair/production work)
