Position Summary:

We are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility equipment, conducting scheduled preventative maintenance, and supporting machinery setups and changeovers. Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and standards

• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of production and facility equipment

• Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed

• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and procedures (PMs)

• Rebuild and refurbish machines and components as required

• Complete various facility-related maintenance tasks and special projects

• Accurately document maintenance activities including log sheets, downtime records, and control plans

• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to coordinate tools, materials, and resources

• Work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities efficiently

• Available to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience in a manufacturing maintenance role will be considered

• Preferred: Associate degree in a technical field or related formal training

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

• Strong mechanical aptitude, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset
