Maintenance Technician
3rd Shift/$27-$35/hr/ Full Time

Overview:
Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with a manufacturer that produces nonwovens for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, and automated systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems, including Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000 and HMIs.
Interpret and work from technical prints, electrical schematics, and documentation to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.
Support continuous improvement efforts and respond to emergencies or operational disruptions to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology preferred, plus 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems, and industrial troubleshooting.
Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, Allen-Bradley platforms, and HMI systems.
Understanding of NFPA 70E, NEC electrical codes, and maintenance best practices.
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs, work in varied physical positions, and support 12-hour shifts and weekend schedules as needed.
