Is this you?
- Have 3 years of hands-on panel building or wiring?
- Comfortable reading line diagrams and full electrical schematics?
- Confident around industrial power, including 3-phase, 480V?
- Skilled with hand/power tools and meticulous about detail?
- Hold a high school diploma or GED?
What you’ll tackle
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels from drawings and schematics
- Terminate, route, and label conductors with precision and consistency
- Independently complete full builds to quality and safety standards
- Assist with light fabrication tasks to support production flow
Nice-to-haves
- Technical degree/certificate
- Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Background in light metal fabrication

Hours & overtime
- Standard shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Regular OT in busy seasons (often until ~5:00 p.m. and some Saturdays)
Pay & pathway
- $29 – $34 per hour
- Contract-to-hire in roughly 6 months
