Location: 88 Harbor Dr, Saco, ME 04072
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks | Possible Extension
Shift1: 12 Hour Nights - 7pm-7am - 48 hours a week
Shift2: 12 Hour Days - 7am-7pm - 48 hours a week
Pay Package
Travel Candidates: $1,850 Weekly Gross (48 hours weekly)
Local Candidates: $35/hour on W-2
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team in Saco, ME. The ideal candidate will have recent long-term care experience, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing quality care to residents.
This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension, offering an excellent opportunity for qualified nursing professionals.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Maine LPN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work a 48 hours weekly
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
- Compassionate approach to resident care

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and provider orders.
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support resident well-being.
- Follow infection-control procedures and established nursing standards.
- Promote residents’ comfort, safety, dignity, and quality of life.
Pay: $1,700.00 - $1,850.00 per week
