Location: Terrace Heights, New Berlin, NY 13411
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks | Possible Extension

Pay Package
Travel Candidates: $1,800 Weekly Gross
Local Candidates: $40/hour on W-2
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team in New Berlin, NY. The ideal candidate will have recent long-term care experience, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing quality care to residents.
This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension, offering an excellent opportunity for qualified nursing professionals.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted New York State LPN or RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work a blend of mid and night shifts
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
- Compassionate approach to resident care

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and provider orders.
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support resident well-being.
- Follow infection-control procedures and established nursing standards.
- Promote residents’ comfort, safety, dignity, and quality of life.
Pay: $1,750.00 - $1,800.00 per week
