Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, and laundry
- Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
- Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents
- Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents
- Preferred-CNA/Active License
- BLS/CPR Certificate
- TB
- MMR
- Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
- Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous Med Passer experience required
- Honest, compassionate, upbeat, and reliable
- Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
