Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, and laundry
Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents
Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents
Qualifications:
Preferred-CNA/Active License
BLS/CPR Certificate
TB
MMR
Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
High school diploma or equivalency required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous Med Passer experience required
Requirements:
Honest, compassionate, upbeat, and reliable
Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic computer skills
