- Oversee activity schedule and ensure seamless execution
- Manage activity staff and supervise their work
- Attend morning report and care plan meeting to stay informed and contribute to resident care
- Design and implement activities that cater to the cultural and spiritual needs of our residents
- Develop engaging activities that promote socialization, independence, and overall well-being
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Therapeutic Recreation preferred
- Long Term Care Certification preferred
- Two years of long-term care experience preferred
