Responsibilities:
- Oversee key areas such as financial operations, human resources, and clinical operations
- Provide leadership and direction for overall facility operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with all laws and regulations
- Develop and manage team goals within the facility
- Provide clear direction to staff through effective interpersonal communication skills
- Provide positive reinforcement or corrective action as needed in a timely fashion
- Ensure the facility adheres to state and federal guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in the healthcare industry with three years of experience as a nursing home Administrator preferred.
- 3 years related experience
- Proven leadership and management skills, strong communication skills
- Current registration as a Nursing Home Administrator, must maintain active license in good standing throughout employment
