Job Summary
Assists with managing contracting activities on behalf of the organization, including vendor relationships, standardization and consolidation processes, and utilization analysis for non-physician contracts. Works within a specific area of specialization to assist departments in improving contract processes and enhancing quality as it relates specifically to contract management. Represents the internal customer and the organization by focusing efforts on maximizing quality, minimizing costs and integrating organizational goals within contracting objectives. Performs job duties with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in business, finance or accounting or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' related experience: Preferred
- Assists with contracting opportunities in new/renewing categories across supplies, services and other arrangements for the enterprise. Assists with preparing vendor agreements to minimize costs and create efficiencies through the organization.
- Reviews terms and conditions of contracts. Assists with the implementation of contracts by supporting cross-functional stakeholders to contract completion. Assists clinical and nonclinical teams to evaluate products and services.
- Assists with preparing reports of contracting metrics for senior leadership. Coordinates and facilitates legal resources for internal and external requests for legal services.
- Participates in major department projects, including due diligence for acquisitions and other transactions.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
