Senior Oracle OFSC Functional Consultant
Milestone based Travel to San Jose or Boston - Locals are preferred
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Oracle Fusion SCM, and Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The consultant will lead functional design, configuration, and delivery across OFSC, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Service Logistics, and related EBS service modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and configuration for Oracle OFSC, including activity management, routing, scheduling, capacity, crews, resource calendars, work zones, and inventory pools.
- Support integrations between OFSC, Oracle Fusion Service, EBS Service, Depot Repair, and third-party systems.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, and Service Logistics.
- Work on service parts, depot repair, RMA, spare parts fulfillment, and field service flows.
- Support Oracle EBS modules including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Field Service, Depot Repair, Install Base, and TeleService.
- Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, integration teams, and data migration teams.
Required Skills:
- 15 years of Oracle ERP experience across EBS and/or Fusion Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud / OFSC.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules: OM, Pricing, Inventory, Service Logistics, and Fusion Service.
- Strong Oracle EBS experience in OM, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Field Service, Depot Repair, Install Base, and TeleService.
- Good understanding of service logistics, field service operations, depot repair, and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ability to work onsite and engage directly with client stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Cloud SCM certifications.
- Experience with OIC integrations.
- SQL knowledge for data analysis and issue troubleshooting.
- Experience in Utilities, Hi-Tech, Telecom, Manufacturing, or Field Services industry.
Salary : $80 - $90
