Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Change Management Consultant to support organizational transformation initiatives related to Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud implementations. The consultant will lead change adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training coordination, and business readiness activities to ensure successful deployment and user adoption of Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management (OCM) activities for Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps aligned with project objectives.
- Perform stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments across business units.
- Design and implement communication plans to support Oracle implementation initiatives.
- Coordinate and support end-user training strategies, materials, and delivery plans.
- Drive user adoption initiatives across Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, and other Oracle modules.
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to manage resistance and adoption challenges.
- Develop change champion networks across departments.
- Track adoption metrics and measure change effectiveness and user readiness.
- Support cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.
- Provide post-go-live support strategies to ensure sustained adoption.
- Collaborate with PMO, functional consultants, and technical teams to align change initiatives with implementation timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in Change Management / Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience performing impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness analysis.
- Proven experience developing communication strategies and training frameworks.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience supporting multi-phase Oracle rollout programs.
