About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant with a strong background in B2B service operations to support our field service transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing OFSC solutions to meet complex business requirements, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) for B2B service operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OFSC solutions.
- Configure OFSC entities including Activities, Resources, Routing, Quota, Capacity, and Business Rules.
- Integrate OFSC with Oracle Service Cloud, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Design and implement workflow automation and custom integrations to enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Conduct workshops, user training, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions.
- Provide ongoing technical and functional support during deployment and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery and system alignment with business goals.
- Produce detailed design documents, solution architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations.
- Strong B2B service domain knowledge, particularly in scheduling, dispatching, and workforce management.
- Experience integrating OFSC with other Oracle CX or ERP modules (e.g., Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or E-Business Suite).
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data mapping for integration.
- Strong understanding of routing logic, capacity management, and field service KPIs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required (client meetings, workshops, or onsite project phases).
