Job Title: Accountant – On-site Near El Monte
Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Accountant to manage all accounting functions and keep our finances accurate and organized.
You’ll handle everything from payroll to reporting, ensuring
compliance and supporting business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations using Sage, NetSuite, or similar software.
- Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and financial analysis.
- Maintain thorough and accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or an Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, double-entry bookkeeping, and accounting best practices.
- Skilled with accounting software (Sage, NetSuite)
- Detailed oriented and organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Payroll and tax experience a plus.

Pay rate: $30.00 - $40.00
