Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper – On-site Near El Monte
Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all accounting functions and keep our finances accurate and organized. You’ll handle everything from payroll to reporting, ensuring compliance and supporting business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations using Sage, NetSuite, or similar software.
- Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and financial analysis.
- Maintain thorough and accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, double-entry bookkeeping, and accounting best practices.
- Skilled with accounting software (Sage, NetSuite, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Payroll and tax experience a plus.
