Full Charge Bookkeeper (Beverly Hills)
Wholesale trade company is looking for a permanent part-time full charge bookkeeper;
Duties: Preparation of invoices to customers
Preparation of weekly A/R list and follow-up with customers for payment of invoices
Profit analysis of each order
A/R, Preparation of weekly reports-
A/P Preparation of checks to vendors
Bank reconciliation
Cash flow management
Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Statements
941 Payroll preparation for employees ,
Coordination with accountant for preparation of fiscal year end financial statements
Hours: 8 hours per week 4 hours per day for two days,
Compensation: $40- $50/hour
The qualified candidate should have the following qualifications:
Minimum AA degree
Minimum 5 years working in a corporate environment:
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Office Suite, Advanced versions of QuickBooks Desk Top, Microsoft Excel, Spread Sheets,
- Experience with EFTPS and EDDP payments
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
