Financial Analyst – Direct Hire Opportunity
Hybrid Schedule | Up to $110,000, plus excellent benefits
Must be local, will be required in be the office 2 to 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
- Support the annual capital and operating budget process
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of budget information
- Perform monthly variance analysis between actual results, budget, and prior year
- Analyze trends in Return on Equity and Rate of Return for both actual and budget results
- Maintain and update the company’s financial forecasting model
- Assist with evaluating acquisitions and new business opportunities
- Prepare, analyze, and publish financial and key metrics reports
- Support rate case filings by compiling required financial data
- Handle quarterly audit request data compilation
- Assist with additional projects and reporting as needed
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4 years of related financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills are required (vlookup/pivot tables/xlookups)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
