Accounting Specialist
Location: Riverside
Fully onsite – 8am to 5pm
Pay: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour DOE
We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist with full cycle AP and AR experience for a temporary position for 3 month.
Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
- Will review, validate and process all the AP invoices
- Vendor management, vendor reconciliation and check runs
- Complete vendor credit applications and create new vendors in system
- Expense reports, monthly accruals and assist with monthly close
- Generate and send out monthly billing/invoices
- Post customer payments and handling monthly collection calls
- Complete business license applications and renewals
- Work closely with the Controller on other accounting needs
Requirements for the Accounting Specialist:
- BA/BS in preferred or equivalent experience
- 5 years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookup/pivots)
- Strong attention to detail and ability work well in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $28 - $36
