Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support a temporary project in our Thousand Oaks office. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full-time, temporary assignment with standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
- Support internal and external audits as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
