- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM |
- 1st Shift Weekends: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM (paid for 40 hours)
- Pay: $33.87/hr ( $1 shift differential)

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision locomotive and mining components
- Read and interpret blueprints, G&M codes, and manufacturing instructions to meet production standards
- Assemble components and perform other duties to support the fabrication process
- Inspect in-process parts to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a safe, organized manner
- Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and adhere to company standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year CNC machining experience
- Experience using blueprints and manufacturing instructions to produce machined parts
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Proficiency in basic computer functions
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
- Willingness to work in a tobacco-free environment, wear PPE, and undergo pre-employment/background checks and random drug tests
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
