Hours & Pay
- Pay Rate: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Overtime: Required as needed

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Complete work orders accurately and on time while following safety and regulatory standards
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures
- Conduct carpentry and painting repairs to maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Perform minor electrical maintenance within state licensing limits, including fixtures, switches, outlets, and lighting components
- Complete service and asset inspections as required
- Use mobile technology to manage work orders, service reports, quality inspection images, timekeeping, and expenses
- Source materials and supplies necessary to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service
- Participate in required safety training and weekly safety meetings
- Provide estimates for larger repairs or improvement projects
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 2-5 years of general maintenance experience in commercial facilities
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, roofing, or related trades
- Background in landscaping, janitorial, construction, or facilities services strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently across multiple customer sites
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Required certifications or licenses applicable to trade duties
