Key Responsibilities
- Perform engine dynamometer testing, troubleshooting, and test system support
- Analyze test data and resolve instrumentation, engine, and control system issues
- Support emissions testing and emission analyzer operation for ICE engines
- Work with PLCs, facility controls, data acquisition systems, and dyno control software
- Collaborate with Calibration Engineers on test schedules and control strategies
- Assist software development teams in improving testing and automation processes
- Support testing for internal combustion and battery electric vehicle platforms
- Provide technical support for INCA software, hardware, and test systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of engine testing or dynamometer experience preferred
- Knowledge of data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and controls
- Experience with Matlab, Python, or engineering analysis tools preferred
- Familiarity with ICE or electric vehicle systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced engineering environment
