- Previous experience in a soldering or electronics assembly role
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed and use hand tools and soldering equipment

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hand soldering of electronic components (through-hole and surface-mount) using soldering irons, hot air tools, or reflow equipment
- Assemble electronic subassemblies and finished products according to schematics, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality, defects, and workmanship standards
- Rework and repair assemblies as needed to meet quality requirements
- Use microscopes and measurement tools for detailed inspection
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times
- Document work performed and report issues or defects to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet production goals
