Valley Staffing is seeking candidates interested in a soldering and inspection position for a company in the Chanhassen area. This position is a long-term, full-time opportunity. Only candidates who are specifically looking for a long-term commitment should apply. This position will also train on first shift, 6 am to 230 pm, before moving to 2nd shift.
Job Description:
- Assembling and soldering of PCB circuit boards.
- Reading and following process books
- Working alongside with others to meet production goals.
- Prepping parts before assembly
- Inspecting boards for defects
- Identifying problems, and resolving any issues on circuit boards
Required Skills:
- Good hand/eye dexterity.
- This person needs to be very detailed
- Familiarity with circuit boards
- Hand soldering experience
- Must have inspection, or related experience
- Must have the ability to lift 15 pounds
Shift:
- 6 am to 230 pm, Mon-Fri - During training(3 to 6 months)
- 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM Mon-Fri(After training, long-term schedule)
Pay:
- $20/hr to $23/hr DOE

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
