About the Opportunity
Advantage Technical is seeking an Entry-Level Supply Chain Associate to support a global, fast-paced organization within the consumer goods and manufacturing space. This is a 12-month paid contract designed for recent graduates looking to build foundational knowledge in supply chain operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.
This role offers exposure to real-world supply chain processes, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and optimizing processes through collaboration and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning activities
- Assist with order management, credit management, and assembly coordination
- Work with multiple reporting systems and operational tools
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and efficiency
- Perform hands-on supply chain generalist tasks
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
You will be encouraged to take ownership of your work and continuously improve how tasks and processes are performed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recently completed)
- Strong analytical skills (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
