Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sawing Machine Operator who can work independently to plan, lay out, set up, and operate sawing machines. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality parts from various materials according to blueprints, sketches, and work instructions while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, lay out, set up, and operate sawing machines with minimal supervision.

Produce items from a variety of materials following blueprints, sketches, and work instructions.

Maintain and organize the raw material storage area, ensuring accurate inventory control.

Pull and return raw materials as required to support production needs.

Ensure products meet all specifications and adhere to applicable procedures and work instructions.

Perform routine machine maintenance, including blade replacement.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times.

Take full responsibility for the quality of personal work output.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and practices.

Collaborate as a team player to help achieve departmental and company goals.

Work overtime when required.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Proven experience operating sawing machines or similar equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine machine maintenance.
