Key Responsibilities
- Support daily construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule alignment
- Review and manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve field issues
- Perform quality control inspections, site walks, and reporting
- Assist with scheduling, quantity tracking, and construction planning
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and QA/QC processes
- Collaborate with VDC/BIM teams to support model coordination
Qualifications
- 2 years of field engineering or QA/QC experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with project management tools and construction documentation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
