What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Test Technician position at Advantage Technical?
Location: Waltham, MA
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly on analyzer equipment
- Calibrate and test electronic devices according to customer specifications
- Use hand tools, test equipment, and computer systems to complete production tasks
- Follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures
- Complete work orders accurately and on schedule
- Record labor transactions and production data in the MRP system
- Identify and report quality or safety concerns
- Support continuous improvement and organized work area initiatives
- Cross-train and assist in multiple production areas as needed
- Work overtime when required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or testing experience
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills and strong manual dexterity
- Lift up to 25 pounds
- Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
