Position: Packaging Engineering Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Clark, NJ (Onsite)
Pay: $38 - $48/hour
Duration: 4-6 Months

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Engineering Coordinator to support packaging development projects through data analysis, specification creation, and lab testing. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment working closely with engineering, labs, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze packaging data (weights, dimensions, materials, configurations).
- Interpret supplier data and ensure alignment with internal specifications and standards.
- Input and manage data within Excel, specifications, and internal systems.
- Read and translate technical drawings and packaging specifications.
- Create and maintain BOMs, component specs, and finished goods documentation.
- Organize and manage packaging samples and materials.
- Prepare test requests and samples for lab evaluation.
- Support lab testing activities and document results and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure project accuracy and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in packaging engineering, product development, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CAD tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage data and documentation accurately.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
