We’re looking for an Automation Engineer to support and improve high-speed automated systems within an advanced injection molding operation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly impact uptime, performance, and product quality while working with cutting-edge automation and robotics.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with high-speed automated equipment
- Support and optimize injection molding machines and integrated automation cells
- Program and maintain PLC and HMI systems
- Drive improvements in system performance, uptime, and product quality
- Partner with production and maintenance teams on root cause analysis
- Assist with new equipment installation and system integration

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Injection molding experience (required)
