Location: Sturbridge, MA
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

We are seeking a Micro Channel Plate (MCP) Inspector to perform quality inspections on precision components in a clean, high-tech production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in quality control, manufacturing, assembly, or inspection who enjoy working with precision products and maintaining high quality standards.
Job Duties
- Inspect, grade, scan, and package precision components
- Identify and document defects or nonconforming products
- Load and unload delicate parts from inspection fixtures
- Enter inspection results and production data into computer systems
- Perform visual inspections using microscopes and inspection equipment
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Monitor supplies and maintain organized work areas
- Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, quality inspection, assembly, or cleanroom experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Comfortable using microscopes and precision inspection equipment
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team
