Pay: $70,000 - $90,000

Schedule: 9.5-hour Shift | Monday - Thursdday | 1st Shift

What You'll Do

• Researching, designing, prototyping and production readying custom assemblies.


• Experimenting with new emerging materials and electro-mechanical hardware.


• Computer modeling of mechanical systems.


• Use a model of dynamic systems.


• Creating technical specifications and test plans.


• Interfacing with other engineering disciplines.


• Writing operational documentation with technical authors.


• Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting hardware defects.


• Problem-solving at the team and individual levels.

What You Bring:

• Knowledge of Materials (Material Source)


• BS/MS in Engineering, Math or Physics.


• 4 years hands-on experience in hardware development.


• Solid foundation in mechanical mathematics and computer modeling.


• Ability to create technical design documentation.


• Ability to communicate effectively, relay tasks, and set agendas.


• Strong attention to detail for all facets of work.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the desire to learn new skills.


• Knowledge of materials and metals.


• Machine shop skills welcome.


• Knowledge of circuit boards is welcome.


• Software skills welcome.
