We are seeking a skilled Manifold Assembly Technician for a temporary assignment in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical assembly experience who can read technical drawings, work with precision tools, and perform quality inspections in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic manifold components, including fittings, valves, ports, and related hardware
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and engineering drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, calipers, gauges, and measuring equipment
- Perform quality inspections, dimensional checks, leak testing, and functional testing
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and support corrective actions
- Document assembly results, test data, and production records
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, or testing environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, or fluid power systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to lift and move components as needed and work in a fast-paced production setting
