Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire - 1st Shift)
Salary: $75,000-$85,000/year (based on experience)

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be the primary maintenance expert onsite and help support future production line expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to equipment line calls and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and repair manufacturing machinery.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Install, adjust, and maintain new machinery and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot high-speed automation equipment and production systems.
- Ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.
- Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist with future facility growth and production line buildouts.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience with high-speed automation equipment required.
- Knowledge of machinery installation and preventive maintenance programs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency in a fast-paced setting.
