Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts through the full lifecycle, from award through closeout
- Prepare, review, and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents
- Administer federal, commercial, and international contracts and purchase orders
- Support program leaders by ensuring compliance with contract requirements
- Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS, and contract flow-down requirements
- Review RFPs, identify contractual risks, and provide recommendations
- Handle multiple contracts and contract modifications simultaneously
- Communicate contractual issues and develop practical solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of government contracts administration experience
- Experience supporting T&M, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost-Reimbursable contracts
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting regulations
- Experience negotiating NDAs and teaming agreements
- Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management abilities
